The diversity and depth of the subjects covered was very accessible and manageable - not too overwhelming at all. Everything was relevant and had purpose and place in the course. I loved the spirit card element of it that really made us think.
Charlotte is very generous with her time and capacity to listen to everyone and just generally being open to any specific needs that we had emotionally, giving us that space to just be our authentic self and encouraging us to move forward positively and that that can happen.
