Who are we anyway ?
We’re here for the women who signed up for the modern world’s version of the “Successful Female.”
The career. The home. The family. The endless juggling. Being everything to everyone and making it all look like you’ve got your shit together.
But the reality feels very different.
Overwhelm. Stress. Disconnection. A quiet numbness. That inner sadness you can’t quite explain because, on paper, you have everything you thought you wanted.
And perhaps the hardest realisation of all...
The life you spent so long creating might not be the life you want anymore.
We hear you.
We feel you.
We are you.
We’ve walked that path too — and we know there is another way.
Pegasus is here to help guide you back to yourself. Beneath the roles, expectations, conditioning and years of putting everyone else first.
Not to create a shinier, more “healed” version of you.
But to reawaken all of you — your intuition, your wisdom, your power, your joy, your wildness and the parts of yourself you may have forgotten even existed.
And we’ll be right there, cheering you on, as you remember who you were always meant to be.

All About Me
Hi, I’m Charlie.
​
Like so many women, I grew up believing I could — and should — do it all.
Career. Family. Success. Stability. Perfect motherhood. Endless productivity. Preferably while making it all look effortless.
​
So I did.
I built a successful career in dentistry, owned my own practice, raised a family and pushed myself relentlessly.
On paper, I had everything.
In reality, I was slowly disappearing.
​
I was exhausted, overwhelmed and burnt out. A later ADHD diagnosis explained so much about the constant pushing and lifelong feeling of never quite being “enough”.
Eventually, my health forced me to stop.
​
And somewhere in the middle of everything falling apart came the horses.
With them, there was no judgement, no pressure and nothing to prove. Just space to breathe, reconnect and begin finding myself again.
That was the start of a journey I never expected — back to nature, intuition, spirituality and ultimately back to me.
And from that journey, Pegasus was born.
​
Today, my work brings together the worlds I once thought had to remain separate — science and spirituality, nervous system and energy, evidence and intuition, nature, ancient wisdom, galactic connection and a little magik.
​
Alongside Pegasus, I run the award-recognised Dandelion Days Equine Facilitated Learning, supporting children and adults through trauma-informed experiences with horses.
I don't believe we're here to turn you into a shinier, more “healed” version of yourself.
I’m here to help you peel away the shoulds, reconnect with your intuition and remember the powerful, wise, wonderfully unique woman underneath it all.

You don't need to become somebody new.
You just need to remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
