This session will be tailored to your needs and desires and Charlotte & The Herd will support you through. This could be a combination of nervous system regulation, energy healing, herd time or anything else. No two sessions will be the same and will be exclusive to you situation.
The 121 session will guarantee exclusive use of the premises ensuring you have privacy, no distractions and guaranteeing your safe space, essential for healing.
