The Bespoke Pegasus Portal is our most personal offering — an individually created ritual experience intuitively developed for you, or for someone special as a meaningful gift.
Unlike our existing Portal collections, your Bespoke Portal does not exist until you order it.
✨ Created Just for You
Once your order is received, Charlie will contact you personally before beginning your Portal.
We'll ask for a little information about the person the Portal is being created for, what is currently happening in their life and what they would like their Portal journey to centre around.
Charlie will then take time to intuitively connect with what feels appropriate for that individual journey, allowing the theme, Goddess Influence, aromatic blends, botanicals, crystals and ritual to develop from there.
Your finished Portal may include a bespoke Mist, Aroma Roller and intuitively selected crystals, together with a completely personalised 30-Day Portal Ritual and Reflection Journey.
The exact contents are part of the creation process — which means even we don't know exactly what your Portal will become until we begin.
Made Differently
Every Bespoke Portal is handcrafted individually on our sacred land in North West England.
The crystals selected for your creation — including any tiny crystals infused within the aromatic blends — are individually cleansed, energetically cleared, charged and intentionally prepared before becoming part of your Portal.
Your creation will also carry the Blessing of the Season, incorporating sacred spring water gathered from our land and ceremonially charged around significant seasonal and celestial moments throughout the year.
And when your Portal is complete, one member of our Pegasus therapy herd or animal family comes forward during our blessing practice to accompany your creation.
You won't discover who until your Portal arrives.
Created for Yourself or Someone Special
A Bespoke Portal can be created for yourself or as a deeply personal gift for someone else.
If purchasing as a gift, we'll contact you to gather the information we need before beginning. You don't need to know exactly what should go into their Portal — that's part of our creation process.
Please Allow Extra Creation Time
Because every Bespoke Portal is created completely from scratch, please allow longer for dispatch than for our standard Portal Kits.
We will always contact you before beginning your creation. Your Bespoke Portal will not be developed until we have spoken with you and gathered the information needed to begin.
If we're unable to contact you, creation of your Portal will be paused until we hear from you.

As every Bespoke Portal is individually created, ingredients will vary. A full ingredients list will be provided for your particular creation.
Please tell us about any known allergies or sensitivities before your Portal is created.
